Shipping Options & Costs

We currently ship within Australia and internationally.

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $8
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $30

International:

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Email with the address for a quote.

Pickup 

Location:

Upon payment: 

Pickup from locker is free of cost. Item will be ready between 1-5 business days as it needs to arrive at the locker location. You will be notified via email once it is ready for pickup.

To access: 

An access code and locker number will be provided via email to open the locker. The standard pickup timeframe from the email is 3 days (please see Kennards working hours below), however if you need more time please contact us to see if that is possible. 


Retrieval: 

Collect your order from the locker and ensure the locker is securely locked by putting a random combination and pushing the lock in. This combination is different for every scheduled pickup.

Help: There is a Kennards staff member onsite however they are not affiliated with Dreamout. They can help you find the locker if you provide the number – you do not need to mention the company or order details. If you have an issue with the order you can contact us.


Kennards Access Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed on Anzac Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within the same or 1 business day. 

During peak times or ongoing events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!


Packaging

We use eco-friendly/recyclable and protective packaging to ensure your order arrives safely and sustainably.


Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses.

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.
